ROUND 6
This was a quick round so didn't get the chance to post my thoughts. Was going to save them for a Round 7 thread, but I needed to share my thoughts on tonight's vote.
Dusty going was expected. When the swap happened we lost the spark in Dusty and she kind of gave up. The idol play was great and it was fun seeing her burn her tribe, but this round she kind of just gave up and to cap it off with her trying to vote for Brenden who was already Immune was a very womp womp ending to her game.
Now on Ealing, the cracked energy is at an 11 because somehow Lee may be surviving this vote. Equal part phenomenal gameplay on his end for someone who hasn't even attempted a case since round one convincing most of the players that he has an idol, but also this is just a horrible move for most of the players on this tribe going into a merge. This is especially terrible for Abby and Juju and way overplaying unnecessarily. They both assume Dusty will be leaving and therefore the only known connection they had on the other side is Brenden which is loose at best. They're also going to be burning Louise through this move which is never smart right before a merge. I feel like this is easily setting up one of those two to be the first merge boot, it's definitely going to see them playing into the new Harrow tribe's hands and agenda more than their own in this merge, and all because of their paranoia to vote out Lee. What a wild round!

I'll jump in real quick before the merge, too.
Ethan- it was entertaining to see him complain about almost literally every single thing that anybody ever did all game, but it checks out that it annoyed his tribemates and cost him his game. Props to the Roy 4some for plotting to save Brenden in case Dusty had an idol- but once Dusty played hers why didn't he play his just to be safe?? Even assuming a unanimous vote from the others, did he feel so safe that she wouldn't target him with his lone vote? It's true that she didn't, but at this round he really got outplayed by the foresight of the majority predicting that Dusty a) had an idol and b) she'd target Brenden. Sad to see him leave because I was looking forward to his antics at the merge.
Dusty- sad to lose her, but she really did just kinda drift away. Lesson learned- never give up! Like...
Lee- who is somehow NOT giving up after all. He pulled off a great move THIS round by convincing the others that he does in fact an idol by doing nothing at all, but he really overplayed himself into a position where that was necessary. Great playing from a guy who I thought was giving up, but chose a strange route to just get himself to the merge. Whatever the route, it works! Now stop getting personal with everyone, please.
Casey- what an underdog. Really going to be sad to see him go- he didn't even do anything wrong that I can tell. Victim of overplaying by the two most powerful people on the tribe in Abby/Juju.
Marissa- what a legend. She managed to claw her way to the merge despite overcoming every obstacle.

Oh one more thing- Brenden being so butt hurt by Dusty is so ironic because he literally voted for her... twice. No need for the finger, my dude- she's just playing the game! but it is funny
